Tenth Ordinary Session of the Port Operation Committee

On 27 October, it had verificative the tenth regular session of the Committee of operation of the port.


First arrival of the cruise ship Jewel of the Seas

On October 13th, 2015 came for the first time to Puerto Vallarta, at 13:00 hours the Jewel of the Seas. It came with 2,080 passengers on aboard and 860 crew members. The cruise ship leaved at 21:00 hours to go to Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala.

This August 31, 2015, had verificative the eighth regular meeting of the Operating Committee of Puerto Vallarta, which brought together the authorities involved in the maritime port sector, representatives of service providers, assigns the port and guests.


Works for recertification of API Puerto Vallarta as Clean Industry

From 4 to 7 August 2015, the Port Authority Puerto Vallarta, S.A. de C.V. faced the verification of its environmental performance by the company Bufette Engineering and Environmental Control, S.A. de C.V.

On September 6th, 2013 was reactivating the arrival of cruise ships in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, where cruise lines reaffirm their preference and trust for this beautiful tourist destination.


Growth of 30% in cruise ships arrivals to Puerto Vallarta

The Maritime Terminal in Puerto Vallarta is scheduled to receive 108 cruise ships during 2014. It is 25 more arrivals than 2013. It represents a growth of 30%, with an estimated of 229,902 passengers.


Lifting ceremony of the national flag and presentation of the study to the port community of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco

On August 2nd, 2013 there were in the facilities of the Maritime Cruise Terminal Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, two important activities. The first one was the ceremony of lifting the semi-monumental national flag, measuring 10 meters wide and 18 meters long. The band of the 8th Naval Military Zone has participated.
