API vallarta and the FCCA Cruise Association will offer soon two free workshops for at least 300 service providers operating in the port. The speaker will be vice chairman of the FCCA.

The first workshop called "Taxi driver pride" which highlights the importance of courtesy and professionalism, marketing and safety rules. Later the "Service Excellence" course will take place to explain how excellence in customer service makes the destination, and the economic impact in cruise industry.
